The three-day Sejiwa Senada programme will open its door to public on January 21 at Miri City Council Field (Padang Majlis Bandaraya Miri). It will end on January 23.
On January 21,visitors can come from 2.30 pm till 10.30 om while on the second and third day, it is opened from 9 am till 10.30 pm.
According to a press statement from the Miri Information Department, the roadshow event jointly organised by the State and the federal governments with the support of the private sector and non-governmental organisations will showcase lots of interesting events and items for the benefit of the public including entertainment programmes.
The participating agencies will exhibit their respective products and the public are encouraged to visit and make enquires at the programme dubbed as the "one-stop centre".
Chief Minister, Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud is expected to launch the programme and a special book on Miri on January 22.
In the afternoon of the first day, there will also be sports and recreational activities apart from the exhibition.
Visitors must also watch out for the E-contest which offers attractive prizes to take home on daily basis.
And for those who love traditional and cultural dances, contemporary music and songs, the three night concerts will be place to be for them.
The key objectives of the programme are to promote swift services for the public in official matters and to enhance rapport between the government and the people.
