For the implementation of the Quality programme to go through,
management needs to create an environment where people feel needed, supported
and valued as individuals. An environment where people can have a sense of
pride in their work, where they can feel that their ideas and suggestions are
listened to and that feedback is given either for implementation or for him/her
to improve on.
