Jointly organised by the Oxford Business Group and RECODA, the session focused on the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE), assessing its current achievements and weighing in on the future of the multi-billion-dollar projects in the next five years.
Some of the issues discussed were Sarawak’s progress in leveraging its hydropower potential, SCORE’s prospects in the context of ASEAN integration, financing options for businesses, and possible effects on the project’s advancement due to the current challenging economic climate.
Approximately 50 industry representatives based in energy, manufacturing and infrastructure attended the event.
