The two-day Games Management System (GMS) training session that runs today and tomorrow include briefing and guidance for representatives of their respective sports councils in Malaysia on the usage of online accreditation, as well as a number of online systems for registration, management, monitoring and relevant reporting with contingents, officers and athletes involved in SUKMA 2016.
The secretariat is expecting 3,000 volunteers to be part of the sporting event; those interested in becoming a volunteer must be aged 18 and above, healthy and prepared to be assigned a role at any venue. They can fill in the registration form found in the SUKMA 2016 official website (www.sukmasarawak2016.my).

Both events are part of preparations for SUKMA 2016, which will be held in Kuching, Samarahan, Sibu and Miri from 22 to 31 July 2016.
