In line with the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) concept, the two-day programme (27-28 October) combined three activities – 1Malaysia Customer Service of Civil Servants (1Serve), 1Malaysia Civil Service Retirement Support (1Pesara) and Data Science Interest Group (DSIG) – and was organised by the Public Service Department (JPA) in strategic collaboration with Sarawak Federal Secretary Office, INTAN Sarawak Campus, the Retirement Fund (Incorporated) (KWAP) and other government agencies, as well as Sarawak Government Retirees Association.
The programme aimed to create awareness on the NBOS JPA initiatives for 1Serve and 1Pesara main focus group among civil servants, retirees and the public, increase knowledge for human resource officers at state level on comprehensive retirement document management, and provide a platform for civil servants and retirees to share experience and challenges in implementing NBOS 1Serve and 1Pesara.
