Must read

Users may download the iSarawakCare mobile application on their smartphones

The Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development (KWKPK) Sarawak is introducing its new mobile application, iSarawakCare.

Its minister, YB Datuk Seri Hajah Fatimah Abdullah said that her ministry had been working with the Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA) to digitalise all of the KWKPK’s major services into the online application.

The apps will include the information on government assistance through KWKPK and upon registration with the app, users will be notified of all types of grants or assistance that they are eligible for under our ministry over their lifespans.

She said that the iSarawakCare app would enable its users to stay updated through notifications on their phone, keeping them in the loop on all important changes or new services made available by KWKPK.

With the intention of delivering faster services to members of the public, other benefits of the apps include information clarity, cost efficiencies, and seamless transition.
