All business premises such as supermarket, coffee shops, private clinics, restaurants, 24-hour convenience stores and petrol stations in Sarawak will only be allowed to operate from 7am – 7pm daily
The Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (JPBN) has announced that the operation hours for business premises in Sarawak will have limit operating hours.
All supermarket, coffee shops, private clinics, restaurants, 24-hour convenience stores and petrol stations in Sarawak will only be allowed to operate from 7am – 7pm daily.
The limit operating hours for all premises come into effect March 24 until March 31 as a step necessary to stop the movement of people in certain places.
However, the new opening hours would not affect medical personnel and those involved in enforcement operations, such as police, military and immigration officers.
During this period, members of the public are also urged to practice social distancing in any business premises.
After buying essentials, those returning home must take necessary precautions before having close contacts with family members such as take bath with soap and water.
