Members of the public are reminded to keep calm and refrain from panic buying during the movement control order (MCO) period.
The Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin reminded the public that the food supply is not running out and assure the people that they all have access to the essentials such as vegetables, fruits and fish at outlets that stays open.
Apart from grocery stores and supermarkets, the public is also reminded that places such as medical centres and pharmacies are also open during the MCO.
To stay safe, the people are also urged to stay and work from home, frequently wash their hands and practice social distancing to decrease chances of getting sick.
At the time of writing, Sarawak has recorded 11 new positive cases, thus bring the number of cases to 129.
