During this pandemic, technology usage is becoming a main part of our daily lives.

Utilization of technology is crucial as it is very convenient to use. According to Yang Berhormat Dato Sri Hajah Fatimah Abdullah in the “Digital Dialogue: Going Digital in Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family & Childhood Development” virtual event on 28th July2021, the pandemic has forced people to do new things to generate income through digitalization.

As stated in Digital Dialogue by Dr Hajah Rashidah on Digitalization in Economy, Digitalization has encouraged people looking forward it as it becomes handy to access everything easily.

Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by the pandemic, people anticipate the digital economy as part of their life to support their livelihood.

Moreover, technology is an engine of growth that facilitates enhancement of digitalization which has brought an optimum advantage as a platform to market their economic activities.

In 2020, Bazaar Ramadhan online is created as a platform for people to pursue businesses

Dr Hajah Rashidah also mentioned the Rural Urban Prosperity where she pointed out that with the digital infrastructure developed and improved, rural areas also benefiting the Urban Prosperity.

Dr Hajah Rashidah also mentioned the digital community centre was developed to provide an online learning platform which strives to narrow the gap under digital prosperity.

Technology’s influence during pandemic leads to people’s creativity in coping with day to day live. This includes offering people a more flexible way to start business.

According to Puan Sharnaz, integrating technologies into the teaching method requires teachers to explore new  methodologies for online classes to ensure students are able to cope with the lessons.

Apart from that, digitalization on the food aid track has been a lot easier as it minimizes the overlapping receiver and data base, said Puan Raja Noor Akmar.

Managing technologies might be easy to the youth but comparatively complex among the boomers, as mentioned by Yang Berhormat Dato Sri Hajjah Fatimah Abdullah in her closing remarks of Digital Dialogue towards communication preference of advancement of technologies usage.
