From an easy-to-use online performance evaluation and to comprehensive reports that provides data, the A.I enabled system will identify the right employees with the right talents for selection as SCS officers.

This year, the Leadership Institute of Sarawak Civil Service with SCS agencies will converge with the 12 Digital Centres throughout Sarawak.

With more than 6000 candidates participating in the assessment centres throughout Sarawak, potential candidates participating will no longer be hindered by Internet connectivity.

As Sarawak is leveraging on digital technologies, the public can anticipate to see more talent management programs conducted virtually in the future.

The A.I system was introduced during the Sarawak Civil Service Day (HPA) 2022 event which took place on 25th January 2022 at Kuching.

Themed ‘SCS Converging for Excellence Towards Post COVID-19 Development Strategy 2030: Improving Rakyat’s Quality of Life’, the event was held focusing on the transformation of the State’s service delivery to facilitate the implementation of PCDS 2030.
