Called “SEB Cares”, the mobile app is available in three languages – English (default), Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin – and is designed to be an easy and convenient avenue for customers to remain connected with Sarawak Energy by providing a one-stop solution through the convenience of the smartphone.
Once installed, customers can access to the State utility’s various services such as electricity bill viewing, reporting feedback or complaints, and receiving updates and alerts from Sarawak Energy.
Beginning June 2016, customers also will be able to pay their bills instantly through the app.
The public can download the app for free via Apple Store (iOS version 7.0 and above) and Google Play Store (Android version 4.2 and above).
