The ceremony marked Ybhg Datuk Yahaya’s last day of service as State Federal Secretary which he began on 15 December 2008.
His replacement, YBhg Datuk Mohd Zuki will begin his duty on 13 August 2016. Before this, he was Director-General of the Prime Minister’s Department’s Legal Affairs Division (BHEUU).
